Trouble Viewing Videos

Typically this problem occurs because the browser being used is not optimal for a website.

Do not use Internet Explorer, it is not optimal for most website; including ours. Try Firefox or Google Chrome for best results. If you do not have these on your computer, it’s very easy to download them and it will resolve problems you have been experiencing.

For PC Users:

Install Firefox here:  Firefox for PC

Install Google Chrome here: Google Chrome

In addition to the optimal browser, you must also have Adobe Flash installed to view any video on your computer:Adobe Flashplayer (If you can already view videos, you should be just fine.)


You must have Adobe Reader or a pdf reader to open a pdf document—
Adobe Reader


For Mac users:

Browser- If you’re using Safari it tends to have a lot of issues when playing videos. Try Firefox or Google chrome –
